Smack the basil on the palm of your hand and add to your mixing glass, drop your slice of jalapeno (do not muddle) in your mixing glass, add the rest of ingredients, shake with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with basil leaf with a jalapeno slice on top.
